Ray Olson
Midco
Regional Engineer
I have been in the cable industry for over 37 years. I started in Milbank SD working for TCI as an installer. I have held several positions over the years. In 1991 I became a technical operations manager having several title changes until 2005. With the merger between TCI and Midco in 2000 and I transferred to Wahpeton. In 2005 I joined the engineering department as a maintenance technician. In 2012 I moved to West Fargo. In 2014 I became a field engineer in West Fargo. In 2021 I was promoted to Regional Engineer. I joined the Dakota Territory SCTE board in 2002 as Treasure. After a short time in this position, I became a director at large and began maintaining the chapter website, which I continue maintaining. I enjoy the work I do for the chapter and being a part of the board. I also purchase the cable game gift cards and the drawing prizes each year for the vendor days. If elected I will continue to update the website to keep current information available and assist in selecting the prizes for the vendor days each year. I will also assist with social media. I have also been the chapter president since 2019. My term is up as president, but I hope to continue supporting the chapter as a director. I also plan on helping the new officers in their new position. Thank you for your consideration. Ray Olson

Midco
General Manager Preventative Maintenance -NR
In 2015, I moved from Williston ND to Fargo ND. In this time I was looking for a career change and started with Midco as a Field Technician. During my 7 year career, I have held the positions of Field Technician, Field Service Manager and Regional Maintenance Manager. I recently just started my college career through Arapahoe Community College and aim to obtain my AAS as a Broadband Technician. If elected, I will look to develop opportunities of our SCTE Chapter and provide to all members just as it has been given to me.

Jeremy Ebsen
Midco
Field Operations Manager
I have been in the communications industry since 2004. I started as an install technician in Sioux Falls SD after 18 months I took a service technician position with Midco in Watertown where I stayed until 2012 when I moved into a technical trainer position for Midco. I then went back to the field operations becoming the Field Operations Manager in March of 2022. During my time at Midco I have acquired my associates of applied science degree. During my time as a Technical Trainer I was also a Dakota Territory Chapter board member and also held the secretary officer position. If elected to the Dakota Territory Board I will work hard to get beneficial information and benefits out to as many members as possible. I feel that the SCTE has a wealth of undiscovered material that would benefit members of our local chapter.
